Results Archive

The current Lincolnshire Bombers American Football Club can date its origins back to 2005 with previous incarnations stretching as far back as the 1980s.

​We’re currently trying to source a historic catalogue of our results from this era. In the meantime, find links below to full match reports from the 2017 season onwards.


2017

The 2017 season was a huge change in fortunes for the Bombers as they went from a previously no-win season into a 6-4 record. The side only missed out on play-off football by the narrowest of margins.

2018

The 2018 season marked a big step in Bombers history as they reached the play-offs for the first time since their reformation in 2005. After starting 0-4 the side won four straight games to make the post-season.
2018 Results

2019

The 2019 season say another progression for the Bombers. A return to the play-offs would ensue following a regular season best 6-2 finish including home and away victories over the 2018 Divisional Champions Staffordshire Surge.

2020

The 2020 British American Football season was cancelled in its entirety due to the COVID-19 lockdown in the UK.
